“A very good morning believers, I know you are connected by faith wherever you are. Whatever is done in faith is done by the Holy Spirit.” These were Prophet Abraham Richard Bisaso’s first remarks as he spoke to the expectant congregation.

‘Confess: I bless my life; sorrow may have been in the night but joy comes in the morning.

The bible puts it clear that faith comes by hearing the Word of God. What you believe, you receive because Faith is personnel. I pray that in today’s sharing, you are filled and satisfied with the Word of God. For faith moves by the Holy Spirit’s guidance and can never fail.

As a believer, you will come to realise that you pray and quote all scriptures but fail to receive from the LORD. Why? Because, Faith must work together with the Spirit of God to perfect God’s Will and we are missing out on this. The moment you believe without the Spirit of God, you will contradict with God’s Will since His Spirit is not present to guide you.

When we read scriptures, Jesus’ disciples asked Him of the time the Kingdom of God would come. And in response He told them, it is only His Father that knew it. Hence encouraging them to wait upon the power of the Holy Spirit that would rest upon them and assist them.

Meaning, one can know the right season to pray or do the right thing when filled by the Spirit of God. Romans 8:26 [NIV]: In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. This Word of God is putting it clear that we do not know how to pray and need the help of the Spirit of God.

Prayer: My heart, open up for the Spirit of God and hear His voice, Amen.

I want to remind you of the Word of God in the book of Exodus 14:5-10 [NIV]: 10 As Pharaoh approached, the Israelites looked up, there were the Egyptians, matching after them. They were terrified and cried out to the LORD.

Question: Why did the Israelites cry out to Moses in verse 10?

Answer: They saw their enemies who wanted to take control over them and this frightened them.

You too believer, are not different from the Israelites and am talking about you. The LORD delivered you from the control of evil. But you are not seeing satan leave your life. More challenges are coming your way and this has led to many questions within your heart saying, was I really delivered? Perhaps it was a lie.

You have reached an extent of panicking and doubting God’s Word upon your life. Verses 11 and 12 [NIV] says: 11They said to Moses, ‘was it because there were no graves in Egypt that you brought us to the desert to die? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt? 12Didn’t we say to you in Egypt, “Leave us alone; let us serve the Egyptians?” It would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the desert.

Like the Israelites, you are afraid of your tomorrow and think you are going to be ashamed. Do not be afraid, think about the one who started this great work in you, instead of doubting God’s saving power because of your situation. You are sinning against the LORD. Do not be like the Israelites who complained, panicked and under weighted the Word of the Servant of God -Moses.

Think of who you were before and who you are today. You will come to realise that all God wants is to win your attention, not to destroy you. Otherwise, you would be died by now. He is a faithful God do not judge His faithfulness depending on your challenges. God is bigger than the situation you are in.

Confess: This God is bigger than my situation.

He that begun this work in you, is still faithful and willing to accomplish what he said he would do. The reason why many are complaining and abusing the LORD’s Servants; is because we doubt God’s Word. God has given us Prophets for such times to know what to say.

When you read the story of Mary, Martha and Lazarus in the gospel of John 11:21 [NIV]: 21‘Lord,’ Martha said to Jesus, if you had been here, my brother would not have died. 22 but I know that even now God will give you whatever you ask.’ Believers, Martha’s confession is the kind of faith the LORD expects to find in every Christian, regardless of your situation.

Because Jesus is never late and every Word of God is a Prophecy and Revelation. Today, you are in the position of Martha and Mary. The LORD released His Word through His Prophet saying this year is going to be tougher.

Indeed, it is happening and everything is tough; but do not drop your faith confession because there is a way in your situation. Even when everything about the economy has changed and negative, marriages breaking, people who claimed to be Christians no longer in Church, keep positive the LORD is with you.

Confess: There is a way for me no matter my situation.

The LORD can never promote you without passing through the furnace [Daniel 3:19-25]. Keep praying and pushing there is a way. I have never seen God lie to man. The LORD cannot glorify his name in a Servant who is discouraged.

A discouraged, complaining, mummering Servant can never enjoy his/her miracle when released by God. Because then you would have forgotten the LORD’s promises in your life.

When the Israelites complained, they never enjoyed their miracles. Your complaining or running away does not appetize, strengthen, empower or encourage the LORD to do what He said, He will do. Just bear in mind that situations are used to check your claimed faith in God.

I believe the LORD has spoken to your heart today, just keep moving as verse 15 says.
