PRAYER!

From the wonderful testimony, Prophet Abraham Richard Bisaso took position at the pulpit and greeted the believers.

“Good morning and thank you so much for your time and faith. I welcome you in the presence of God, let us give HIM the Glory.

Even those praying with us on Zoom and TVC Radio, receive your blessing in the name of Jesus Christ. For we know you are connected from different parts of the Country. Today we are here in fellowship with the Holy Spirit and I pray for whatever storm in your situation, to calm down in the name of Christ Jesus.

Believers, whenever we gather, I want you to commune with others because this journey of Christ is heavier when you walk alone, that is why you need a companion. Look at Jesus, He gathered the twelve disciples and they worked together, in the creation story God gave Eve to Adam to be his helper and when you examine the bible, there are many examples.

He did this because we are obligated to strengthen each other. This journey is very heavy that is why you need a companion for help. When you are weak, he will strengthen you and likewise as you spread the good news of Christ Jesus.

Look at the man Jesus healed and told not to tell anyone, immediately Jesus had left, this man started spreading the good news. This he did was a clear depiction that fellowshipping with others is a prophetic sign. I pray the power of unity to bind us because today we are missing spiritual blessings.

Prayer: Lord Jesus connect me to people that matter and people I need to help.

Believers, I want to start my sharing from the Word of God because the more we read it, the more we get confidence that God is able, reliable, faithful, forgiving and can bless. These workings of the Holy Spirit were put there for us because He knew time was coming when we would not trust God.

The reason as to why we do not trust God’s WORD is because we lack evidence and confidence Him. I pray, may HE win, overcome and heal you in the name of Christ Jesus.”   From that wonderful piece of advice, the Prophet taught;

Theme: PRAYER.

Jerimiah 33:3[NIV]: “Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.”

“Believers, many times we claim that we pray. But the question is; how true is this? When you go for prayer, who commands you and by the way, do you receive answers?

The problem with Christians today is that, when they pray to God for healing and He does not heal them, they begin to see Him working in scriptures only, not in the situations before them, thus ending up in witchcraft.

Should we say that it is God’s Word that is not reliable? No! It is always reliable and those that do His Will receive answers. If He does not answer you, then there is a reason why. Let us learn from the book of Psalm 15:1-2 that says; only a man whose way of life is blameless, and does what is righteous, speaks the truth from their heart; can dwell on God’s holy mountain.

Are you this man or not? If not, then examine yourself and do what is right then God will answer you. Imagine if God would answer us with hearts full of envy, offence, anger, deceit etal every time we pray. Then there would be no reason as to why we search for Him. Unless we put our hearts right with Him, God will not answer us when we pray.

Remember, Jesus does not behave like satan and we all know that satan is here to kill, steal and destroy. Yet Christ is here to give life. He cannot make you happy, when your heart is dirty. To make matters worse, you quote scriptures when praying to Him yet you are not right with Him. The bible says that we pray but do not receive because we pray wrongly.

What is the right way of praying? Let us examine the book of Mark 7:20-21[NIV]: 21He went on: ‘What comes out of a person is what defiles them.21 For it is from within, out of a person’s heart, that evil thoughts come, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly.

With such a dirty heart, God cannot take his place, therefore, take an extra step and guard your heart because everything you do, flows from the heart [Proverbs 4:23]. Put it right by loving your neighbor, this will make it pure. The bible instructs us in the book of 1 Peter 4:8[NIV]: Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. 9 Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling.

Believers, this is the solution for purifying your heart before talking to God. Your neighbour is anyone in need. He can be a fellow Christian, one of different faith, tribe or even your enemy. However, if you do not love him/her, then do not go to pray.

This issue of looking for people to lay hands on you is not a solution, just work upon your heart. Believers on Zoom and the Radio, what hinders our prayers from being answered by God is that our hearts are not right with God.

Let us take a case study in the book of Joshua 3:5 [NIV]: Joshua told the people, ‘Consecrate, yourselves for tomorrow the LORD will do amazing things among you.’ This scripture means that unless we clean our hearts, we cannot seek God’s faithfulness.

The reason that took the Israelites a long time to get to Jericho was because their hearts were not right with God. And this is us today. We ask things from God for revenge and to show off. However, with this kind of attitude, God will not answer our prayers because we are asking for earthly things instead of Eternal life.

I pray in the name of Jesus; may the hand of God work upon our hearts because we need help. Your heart is your life and is the source of your breakthrough. Once you have a free heart and peace, you are one of the richest men in the community.

A peaceful heart is satisfied and contented with the little it has. The diseases that attack us, the bad dreams are a result of a faulty heart. That is why everything we touch has no blessing. Healing begins from the heart.”

Prayer: O’LORD Jesus, my heart needs you. Forgive my sins and purify my heart.
