On Sunday 17th November 2013, Seer Abraham Richard Bisaso revealed, “I see a Servant of God going home and he will be published in the newspapers for over a week.’’ Still under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, on 1st December 2013 he revealed, “A Nation is heading to mourn and many People are going to come out to speak. We should appreciate those that do good; some may see him alive but he is already gone.’’
Deuteronomy 18:15: The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among your brothers. You must listen to him. Indeed those who listened and believed saw the Word of the LORD come to pass. On 5th December 2013, the first black president of South Africa, Nelson Madiba Mandela passed on at the age of 95. This was after years of declining health that had caused him to withdraw from public life since he had been diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2001.
The death of Mandela sent South Africa deep into mourning and self- reflection 18years after he led the country from racial apartheid to inclusive democracy. He was the towering figure of Africa’s struggle for freedom and a hero to millions around the world.
However, his passing has been keenly felt by people around the world who referred Mandela as one of history’s last great statesmen, and a moral example who stood for inclusiveness of all. All his actions depicted that he was a Servant of God; after spending 27 years in prison, Mandela sought reconciliation with white minority to build a new democracy upon his release.
As the Prophet revealed, “A Nation is heading to mourn and many People are going to come out to speak.” The Nation of South Africa mourned greatly for the passing of a legend like Nelson Mandela. His death also brought out People from all walks of life speaking about his remarkable legacy. Some of the People who spoke of him included; Bishop Desmond Tutu, President Barrack Obama, President Francois Hollande and even the local South Africans who had a lot of say of his time on earth.
It is undeniably a gift from the Holy Spirit to run your race and finish under the guidance of the Lord. We salute you Servant of God Nelson Madiba Mandela. May the Holy Spirit bandage the hearts of his family and the People affected by His death.
