It seems silly but it is sure victory!

Amidst soulful worship, Minister Henry Tendo Kaaya took position the pulpit under the instruction of his father in the Lord Prophet Abraham Richard Bisaso.  His first remarks were, “I bring you greetings from the battle ground; from the General Abraham Richard Bisaso himself.  That is where he is right now fighting the enemy satan.”

From the remarkable greetings, he led the congregation into the message of the day titled, “It seems silly but it is sure victory.”

With reference from the book of 2Chronicles 20:15-20: 15He said, ‘Listen, King Jehoshaphat and all who live in Judah and Jerusalem! This is what the LORD says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours but God’s.

17You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow and the LORD will be with you.

The minister said that no matter what you are going through; know one thing for sure and that is you have an enemy. Take note of this, your enemy is not the person fighting you physically but satan who is using that person to come against you.

As a Christian it is very imperative to understand that this battle with satan does not cease until you leave this world. However, the good news for a believer is that the Spirit of the Lord is beside you to fight every battle. Therefore even though you have an enemy, you have assured victory at all times as long as you follow the instructions of the Lord.

He cautioned the believers not to fight their enemy satan physically. The enemy satan whom you are trying to fight satan physically is ancient as earth itself and you are no match for him with your physical attributes [money, family, status]. The only way you can overcome him is by depending on the Holy Spirit to lead you into battle.

Minister Tendo assured the believers that as long as you are in Christ, you must win every battle for victory is in your DNA.  A Christian does not fight for victory, you fight in victory because the Holy Spirit is leading the battle and where He is, there is sure victory. No matter the situation you are going through; do not be afraid, the battle is not yours to fight but the LORD’S.

The minister taking an example of King Jehoshaphat and his People said that as a Nation, they were discouraged and terrified because of the vast army before them. But look at the reply the Spirit of the Lord revealed in their hearing in verse 15.

Those same seemingly silly Words the Spirit said are the very ones He is telling you today in whatever situation you are facing, “Relax, do not be afraid for the battle is not yours to fight but God’s.”

As a piece of advice, minister Kaaya revealed that the best way to relax while on the battle field is to stand firm in faith and acknowledge all Christ has done for you. Through acknowledging God’s goodness, you shall be empowering the spiritual beings standing with you at the battlefield hence weakening satan.

Heaven will only stand firm for that man who stands firm in faith. Meaning if your faith is shaky Heaven will never stand with and you do not have a place in this gospel of salvation. There is nobody that has ever stood in faith that was disappointed.

Talk about Prophetess Deborah, Prophets Abraham, Moses or Daniel all they did was stand firm in faith and they attained victory over their adversaries.

Winding up this Spirit packed message, the minister reminded the house that you may see mere worshiping as a silly way to fight the enemy but behind it lies sure victory. The same victory King Jehoshaphat and the Israelites attained over the Ammonites and Moabites is yours.

Prayer Confession:  LORD I acknowledge your power in my life and I trust you to overcome for me.
