“A quality Christian.”

AAt 1:35 PM EAT the servant of God Abraham Richard Bisaso under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit took position at the pulpit and led the believers into the message of the day titled, “A QUALITY CHRISTIAN.” With reference from the book of 1Corinthians 3:11-16, the Prophet outlined that words do not tell who you really are but your actions will definitely bring out the original you. This gospel is not about shouting or size but the stature and purity of your heart. Referencing verses 12-13;if any man builds in this foundation using gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay or straw, his work will be shown for what it is, because the Day will bring it to light.” The Prophet said that everyone who confesses Christ as His foundation must be checked to confirm if they are true Born-again’s or not.

He expounded that surprisingly, Christ will never refuse anything you build on Him. However, time will tell if what you built on Him is potent and eternal. What proves our quality is the fire; that He uses to see what type of material (faith) we have. The more the fire; the more gold stands out to be pure, but hay and wood will only burn out. Meaning that your level of persistence amidst challenges is what defines your stand as a Christian. On this the servant of God Abraham Richard Bisaso classified that this is why challenges never cease in this earthly life however, the ability to remain committed to God makes us pure gold. Citing examples of our fore fathers Paul and Silas; when they were taken to prison-instead of crying and lamenting while there, they praised and danced thus purified and refined as gold. Daniel too when thrown into the lion’s den- he got more stubborn in God. Challenges must hit you so that you can get better and pure in God, if they hit the fore fathers; they must hit you too.

Summing up this message, the Prophet said that the confession Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego made at the time of challenge is the way true believers taught by the Holy Spirit must behave. For you to be pure in Christ, you need the Holy Spirit to help you. Remember it is the Holy Spirit who revives and restores our faith daily. Meaning, He covers over our weaknesses and sins; that is to say “A restored faith is a renewed grace.” Challenges will never cease- whatever you are going through is testing the quality of a Christian that you are.

NOTE: Child of God this is the message for the season- whatever you go through remember that you are being purified and refined to bring out the original you.

Prayer: I pray that Christ Jesus will make you a quality Christian.
